• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners to ensure reliable and timely service.
• If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other regions: 5–7 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹499.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided link until it reaches you.

6. Undelivered Packages

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will attempt redelivery. In case of repeated failure, the order will be marked as returned, and reshipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

• At present, we do not ship outside India. We are working to expand our service globally soon.
